Satisfaction Guarantee!
When you purchase a new bike from Global Bikes you have 7-days to take it home and try it out. It's hard to know what your getting into by just riding a bike or two around the store or ordering a bike in site unseen, so our satisfaction guarantee takes away any liability of selecting the wrong bike. Our Guarantee allows our customers to try out our bikes on their favorite trails or road ride. If you find that the bike you purchased is the wrong size, type, or simply isn't what you thought it would be feel free to return the bike for a full refund. We want to make sure your hard earned money is spent on a bike you truly love. (restrictions may apply)
How does this work?
Just buy a bike. If it doesn't work out return it.
If I order a bike in does it have to be paid in full at the time of the order?
Yes, all orders need to be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
When does the 7-days start?
The seven days starts the day you actually take possession of the bike. Not the day you order or purchase the bike. Some bikes may need to be built or prepped so once you actually pick up the bike your seven days starts. If the bike is a Christmas gift we will do refunds or excahnges through December 31st, so you're off the hook if it's not the right gift little Bobby was looking for:)
Are there any exceptions to your Satisfaction Guarantee?
Unfortunately there are a couple. We can't offer a refund on a few types of special orders. For example bikes priced over $2000.00 do not qualify without written approval at time of sale. Also If the bike you are looking for is a rare size or ordered custom we may not be able to offer a refund. Additionally frames do not qualify nor do used bikes. Please note that our suppliers do not except returns so we'll do our best to help facilitate requests however sometimes we have to draw the line and hope our customers recognize, at times, personal responsibility needs to be embraced.
