I selected pick up and store, now what?
We will contact you within 24 hours (usually faster) of your order placement to arrange for pick-up. Some items may take up to 7 days to process. If you have questions about your order please give us a call.

Internet orders are to be picked up at our Gilbert Location, with one exception. If you used a Chandler, AZ address your order will need to be picked up at our Chandler location. 




I want to return something?
No problem, just box the item up and send it back to us at the above address. Please include your contact information and a copy of the original invoice. Please note that some items can not be returned; i.e. close-outs, specials, and custom orders. Upon receipt of goods we will issue; a full refund, store credit, or send out a replacement item. If you have a question regarding a return please do not hesitate to call us.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We do our best to ship all orders within 24hrs. of receipt, however items from our "special order" section take 7 days to process prior to shipment. Shipping transit time will vary depending on location, please allow up to 5 days in transit time, please reference map below. We will email you a tracking number once the item has been shipped. You may track your item at www.UPS.com
Why can I only ship via UPS Ground?
Our shipping rate calculator is currently not set up to calculate air and 3-day shipping charges. If you need to have your item(s) faster please call us at 1-866-91-BIKES.
Where is my order?
Please be patient, many times when we track items for customers they are only hours away from there destination.
I can't find the product that I'm looking for?
Please go to our "Special Order" catalog at http://globalbikes.info/page.cfm?PageID=55 There you will find our online catalog of 30,000 items that are available. Please note that any item ordered through the special order section will take 7 days to process prior to shipment.
I have an installation question?
Well, now this could get complicated. Most products do not come with installation instruction. This is do to the fact that many manufactures assume that the consumer is knowledgeable about the, parts they sell, installation, and intended application. We do however include detailed instruction with all saddles. We are happy to help you through the installation process of any part. Just give us a call or send us an e-mail. In some cases it may be necessary to go to a local qualified bicycle shop. Please call us at 1-480-892-1315 if you have installation questions.

What is you return Policy?
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and then only within 30-days after receipt of merchandise. Authorization may be obtained by e-mail or by phone. There are no returns on custom, sale or close-out items. All warranty claims, defects, or blemish problems should be made with the individual product manufacturer. We do, however warranty all SEATGUY.COM seats directly. On some products Color is not guaranteed and is not grounds for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
We rarely have problems occurred during the shipping process, however we do have to rely on numerous different shipping companies. We ask that buyers inspect all products for damage before signing the shipping receipt. If the shipper damages any merchandise it is the buyers responsibility to make a claim and arrange settlement with the individual shipping company. Global Bikes is in no way responsible for damage, misdirected, or pass due merchandise. We will however do what ever we can to help you with this process. All merchandise shipped is always fully insured with our shippers against numerous types of mishaps.
