Do you deliver?
We do not offer a pick-up or delivery service at this time.
If I rent a Comfort bike or basic road bike can you pro-rate the weekly rate if I only need the bike for 5 days?
No, at the daily rate for 5 days it would be $150, so the deal is the $100 weekly rate for a comfort bike or the $140 for a basic road rental.
If I have a problem or get a flat with my rental will you come to me to fix the problem?
Sorry we can not go to your location, we are not set up for service calls
Can I reserve a bike or make a reservation?
Yes, Payment in full is needed when you make the reservation. We have a very limited rental fleet and do sell out. This policy has cut down dramatically the number of canceled reservations and allowed us to fully utilize the bikes we have. To check availability please call 480-892-1315 and we can give you a hand.
What happens if I get a flat?
You may indeed get a flat, Arizona is full of plant life that does not get along with bicycle tires. It is your responsibility to replace or have replaced punctured inner tubes.
